Observation

There is no individual care plan on file from a child's parent/guardian regarding the child's food allergy. There was written information on file from the child's health care provider but it did not include clear steps to take in case of an unintended allergic reaction or have a specific treatment plan for the early learning provider to follow in response to an allergic reaction.
